Day 1: Arrival Yangon – Yangon Sightseeing (Meals: - / L / D)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our licensed tour guide (Thai Language Speaking). Upon arrival, visit to “Chaukhtathgyi Pagoda” it is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to Hotel for check in (official check-in 14:00). After check in the hotel, take a relax for a while. Afternoon sightseeing starts to visit Botataung Pagodaat the bank of Yangon River, which is 2000 years old said to have enshrinement of Buddha hair relic carried by 8 Indian monks. Visit around the harbor and a glance at historic Strand hotel and down town Yangon with central post office, custom house to observe the colonial heritage in Yangon. In the evening, visit the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Enjoy dinner at famous floating Karaweik Palace Restaurant with traditional cultural dance.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN YANGON.
Day 2: Yangon – Amarapura - Mandalay Sightseeing (Meals: B / L / D)
After breakfast, transfer to Yangon domestic airport for the flight to Mandalay, the last capital of Myanmar kingdom founded in 1857AD. ancient capital Amarapura, old royal city before Mandalay. Visit to U Bein Bridge across the Taungthaman Lake, Mahagandayone Monastery where more than thousand of Buddhist monks live and study and traditional Silk and cotton weaving workshops and proceed to Mandalay. Enjoy lunch and relax at the hotel.In the afternoon, Sightseeing of Mandalay starts with a visit to Shwenandaw monastery – still existing masterpiece of last Myanmar kingdom's architecture in teak and wood carving; and Atumashi Monastery, the “Incomparable Monastery” and Kuthodaw Pagodaknown as the World’s Biggest Book for its 729 stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures. End the day at Mandalay Hill(elevation 230 m) or reach it by road, escalators or a lift.
You may see a panoramic view of the city and enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN MANDALAY.
Day 3:Mandalay – Heho – Inle Lake Sightseeing (Meals: B / L / D)
After breakfast, transfer to Mandalay airport for the flight to Heho airport and drive to Nyaung Shwe, a small town at the northern end of Inle Lake. From here take a boat for the transfer to your hotel in Inle Lake. Inle lake exists 970 meters above the sea level and the home land of Inthar tribe. Upon arrival, visit the regional rotating market place held in every fifth day around the lake if today coincides with the market day. And visit to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famous for its richly gilded five small Buddha images and its history, Ngaphechaung monastery (known as jumping cat monastery for trained jumping cats), over 160 years old monastery with its collection of ancient artifacts. Other attractions include unique leg-rowing style and fishing method of the Innthar; floating gardens and vegetable plantations; weaving factory and black smith.
STAY OVERNIGHT ON INLE LAKE.
Day 4:Inle lake - Heho – Yangon Sightseeing (Meals: B/ L/ D)
After breakfast, you will be transferred by boat to Nyaung Shwe and drive to Heho airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, sightseeing starts to discover the colorful Yangon city center with a close look at the local life of the historical city and takes you to the Landmark of the city centre, Sule Pagoda, City Hall and other colonial buildings and walk around the Mahabandoola Park to see the colonial courthouse and independence monument. Then, chek in and take relax for a while at the hotel and shopping at the well-known “Bogyoke Aung San Market” (former Scott’s market) ), where one can buy many items in one place. This Market was built in British colonial times and has a colonial shape. In the late afternoon, visit to bustling China Town. A delicious dinner will be waiting you at local restaurant.
STAY OVERNIGHT IN YANGON
Day 5 : Yangon Sightseeing - Departure (Meals : B/ L/ -)
After breakfast, visit to “Kaba Aye Pagoda” ” it was also known as the "World Peace Pagoda”,Maha Pasana Guha Cave: “Great Cave” and Buddhist Art Museum. Then drive to “Tooth Relic Pagoda” and you have a chance to study Kalaywa Tawya Monastery, a monastery with high reputation consists of between 500 to 1000 young novices can be seen at the same time while they have their 2nd or the last meal of the day. It is very well-worth seeing. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, drive to “Kyauktawgyi Pagoda (Marble Sitting Buddha)” also known as Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image at Minn Dhamma Hill, there is an Elephant house where the three white elephants are kept. Depending upon the flight time, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
